These are mistakes. They won’t give you the results you want. Why not? Well, here is something that you may not know, and something the Diet Industry certainly doesn’t want you to know:
Over-eating is an emotional issue.
The main reason that your diet and products don’t work permanently is because you are trying to treat the symptom and not the root cause of the problem. Excess kilo’s are just a symptom of an underlying emotional cause. On the subconscious level, you have a very good reason for packing on the kilograms. Consciously you want to dump those kilograms. The problem is, whenever there is a conflict between the conscious and the subconscious, THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND ALWAYS WINS.
The fastest and most effective way to succeed at dumping those kilograms permanently is to find and reprogram the subconscious emotional reason. A diet shake certainly wont do this. Nor will the boring restrictive diet that you are on. (In fact, if your diet is very restrictive its actually setting you up for further failure, but that is a conversation for another day.)
